The Good Food & Wine Show is returning to Sydney next month.
From June 23 to 25 Darling Harbour’s International Convention Centre will host hundreds of exhibitors, cooking schools, workshops and masterclasses. Some new additions to the event are The Taittinger Lounge and Oyster Bar; Ribs & Reds; The Riedel Drinks Lab; and EAT, where visitors can experience food and wine from Citi’s dining partner restaurants.
Some of the best chefs in Australia have come on board this year, including Colin Fassnidge, Gary Mehigan, Luke Nguyen and Miguel Maestre, as well as three Hunter-based wine experts: Adam Walls, Nicole Gow and Dave Kelly.
As part of the show, there will also be a six-course Winter Solstice Feast at 3 Blue Ducks, Rosebery, on June 21.
